While the resort itself was nice, the parking garage and elevators were enough to make us not want to return. Two elevators did not work at all the entire time with only 4 working elevators for 30 floors. The elevators were small and spent at least half hour waiting for enough space for the luggage cart (it can only handle ONE with people.) It just isn’t worth returning. We liked the other end of PCB a lot better than this end near Pier Park. The parking garage was super tight and we didn’t catch the elevator in it but once. When it rained it flooded and my husband and kids came in wet from their ankles down. Our room was very nice and was very pleased with it! Also they communicated well. I will say from the photos it looked as though we’d be on the East side of the condo but it faces the West.
We had an amazing stay at this condo! The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint that we had is the crazy waits at times for an elevator. The condo has 8 elevators but only 3 were working during our stay and sometimes we would have to wait 20+ minutes to find an elevator that was working or wasn’t already full by the time it reached our floor.
Enjoyed our stay! Place was very nice and great location. Only negative was the wait for elevators. Several times we waited 30-40 mins on an elevator
